TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Humanized Business Dynamic Strategies (HMZBIZ) services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

HMZBIZ is designed to enhance business strategy performance while improving the quality of life for founders and CEOs. Our program includes 45-minute sessions every 15 days, tailored for maximum impact with immediate application. The program lasts for four months and is priced at USD $24,000.

3. Program Structure

• Tailored Sessions: Each session is specifically designed for founders and CEOs, focusing on bridging the gap in team engagement and ensuring that all members are connected to the challenge's purpose.

• Continuous Improvement: The methodology emphasizes a learning curve that is efficient, enabling quicker adjustments based on validated variables and KPIs.

• Accountability and Engagement: Participants will experience enhanced accountability and engagement through alignment with the company’s mission and goals.

4. Booking and Payment

• Scheduling Sessions: You can schedule calls through our website. By booking a session, you confirm your participation in the program and agree to the associated fees.

• Payment Terms: The total cost of the program is USD $24,000, payable upfront. Payment must be completed before the first session.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of that session.

• Refunds: All fees paid are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you cancel the entire program before the start of the first session, you may request a refund, subject to a cancellation fee of USD $500.

6. Intellectual Property

The methods used in the HMZBIZ program, while not originally developed by Thais Mendes, are proprietary to HMZBIZ. You may replicate knowledge from the Service for personal or professional use, but you may not sell or distribute them without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HMZBIZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the program.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HMZBIZ and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
